The beliefs we have about ourselves can feel ingrained and difficult to change these opinions tend to be influenced by experience self-esteem can be caused by several reasons and will differ. Some may find their self-esteem has always been low, while others may experience a sudden change.

Self-esteem,  is something many of us suffer with and can result from many factors like fear of the unknown and fear of other people's perceptions. This lack of self-esteem and confidence can hold us back from developing both personally and professionally.
