absolutely right, in order to form a balance and a unit we need both men and women my point is our perception and interpretation plays a fundamental part in how we act towards each other, it’s also very important that we are communicating effectively to each other and choosing the right time to do so, a person mental state is important, listening and understands each other is crucial. In order for us to succeed in business, relationships everything we do we have to see the bigger picture and be open to new ideas, opinions etc.
